Responsibilities

• The preferred candidate will be expected to work within and oversee the beverage bottling plant operations to achieve output and efficiency targets. 


• He/she must demonstrate a high level of competence in water/beverage bottling production operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must posses a relevant Degree with at least 7 years applicable experience in a reputable company.


• Candidates must posses proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve set objectives.


• He/she must be result driven, dedicated to delivering sustainable high-quality performance with excellent knowledge of applicable Cgmp.


• Candidates must have good hands-on experience of managing resources and budgets with good understanding of the plant’s contribution to the business bottom line.
