Job Description

• We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our laundry business. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, promoting services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pick-ups.


• Provide information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.


• Process payments and maintain accurate records.


• Promote laundry services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.


• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.


• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.


• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and transactions.
