Responsibilities
Plantation Operations:
- Oversee daily plantation operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
- Ensure optimal crop yields, quality, and sustainability.
- Implement best practices in agriculture, irrigation, and pest management.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of plantation staff, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Management:
- Manage divisional budgets, financial resources, and assets.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
Quality Control:
- Ensure high-quality palm oil production, meeting industry standards and customer requirements.
- Implement quality control measures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Sustainability and Environmental Management:
- Implement sustainable agriculture practices, minimizing environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement biodiversity conservation plans.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, suppliers, and customers.
- Communicate divisional goals, objectives, and performance.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 10 years work experience.
