Responsibilities

Plantation Operations:




  • Oversee daily plantation operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.

  • Ensure optimal crop yields, quality, and sustainability.

  • Implement best practices in agriculture, irrigation, and pest management.



Team Management:




  • Lead and manage a team of plantation staff, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.



Financial Management:




  • Manage divisional budgets, financial resources, and assets.

  • Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance.



Quality Control:




  • Ensure high-quality palm oil production, meeting industry standards and customer requirements.

  • Implement quality control measures and standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections.



Sustainability and Environmental Management:




  • Implement sustainable agriculture practices, minimizing environmental impact.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

  • Develop and implement biodiversity conservation plans.



Stakeholder Engagement:




  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, suppliers, and customers.

  • Communicate divisional goals, objectives, and performance.

  • Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.



Reporting and Compliance:




  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.



Health, Safety, and Security:




  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Implement health, safety, and security protocols.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and incident investigations.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 10 years work experience.
