Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to drive business growth within the plastics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the plastics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends, particularly in resin markets such as PP, PE, PVC, and EVA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Drive sales growth by leveraging industry knowledge and strong networking skills.
- Candidate Requirements
- Educational Qualification: HND or BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in the plastics industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Remuneration
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission: Additional commission will be provided based on sales performance.
