Job Description
PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring compliance/implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, GMP and QMS programs.
THE JOB
- Collect, compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality management system
- Monitor appropriate documentation against requirements to ensure conformance with Quality Management system (QMS) requirements including associated risks and opportunities for the process assigned.
- Support and participate in on-site quality audits conducted by external providers (2nd and 3rd Party audits).
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions associated with non-conformities identified.
- Ensure proper reporting of violation or potential violation to duly authorized person as appropriate and/or required and ensure compliance.

- Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATION
- HND/BSc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or any other related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in food Processing Company.
