Role Overview




  • My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, including corporate and small business owners.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.



Requirements




  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree or HND in Sale & Marketing or any relevant fields

  • Proven experience in sales.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Knowledge of the security sectors is an advantage.
