Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product up-sells
Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and up-sell other products within the time limits;
Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time.

Requirements
B.Sc, HND in any relevant discipline.
Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume order transaction based environment.
Experience with using CRM.
Ability to counter customer objections.
Must be independent, self-motivated and organized.
Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers.
