Take home: N160,000 - N220,000

Employment Type: Full time (Onsite)

We are looking for a small group coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that the congregation is connecting with one another and building community through a strong and healthy small group ministry. This includes direct oversight of the small group ministry, provision of counseling services for the church body, and the responsibility for the development of a comprehensive structure of assimilation.

Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree recommended

  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ work experience, preferable in a similar environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

  • A committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God

  • Must be able to inspire and motivate people

  • Must be a creative and innovative thinker

  • Good at organizing and planning of events

  • Must be a goal getter.

  • Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and achieve results.


Job Responsibilities



  • To lead a team of small group leaders in the growth of a healthy small group ministry that aligns with the church’s mission and identity while seeking to foster deep relational connections and spiritual growth.

  • Responsible for the development of a ministry strategy that ensures the growth and health of the small group ministry.

  • Responsible to provide support, encouragement, and leadership for all small groups.

  • Responsible for the implementation of a small group leadership development and training curriculum.

  • In partnership with the Campus pastor and church administrator, responsible for the preparation of and adherence to the annual small groups budget.

  • Consistent Growth

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the growth of small groups both physically and online for that campus while ensuring that the administration is kept up to date.

  • Create and implement strategies to ensure consistent cell attendance, increase in the number of cells created.

  • Increase church awareness through collaboration with other ministry heads.
