- This role is required to drive the OmniHub distribution franchise expansion in the region.
- The person will solely be responsible to grow the franchise network, brand building and monetization.
Job Description
- RFGM is solely responsible for grow the FMCG franchise network in the assigned region.
- RFGM is responsible to appoint new FMCG franchise partners and responsible for driving their growth & success.
- RFGM will drive monthly partner feedback survey and working on those based on feedback to build profitable franchise network.
- RFGM working closely with marketing team to build OmniHub brand and its visibility.
- RFGM will work closely with internal stake holder to help them expand and create infrastructure as per their business needs
- RFGM will find monetization opportunity with OmniHub FMCG franchise partners to drive the profitability.
Experience & Qualifications
- Must be graduate professional with minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Must have work with FMCG distribution company and have built the FMCG distribution franchise network in the past.
- Must be system savvy and good analytics skills.
- Must have geographical knowledge and passionate about building the franchise business.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
