Job Description







  • As an Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Solar Depot NG. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, inventory tracking, administrative tasks, and providing support to the sales and operations teams.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring accurate and organized customer data.

  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee inventory management, tracking stock levels, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely restocking of solar products.

  • Assist in sales support, including processing invoices, preparing sales reports, and following up with clients.

  • Coordinate office administration tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless business operations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, product shipments, and service requests.

  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.



Requirements & Qualifications:




  • ND/HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and ability to track stock levels efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer interactions and internal team coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is a plus.
