Job Description
- As an Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Solar Depot NG. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, inventory tracking, administrative tasks, and providing support to the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring accurate and organized customer data.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, tracking stock levels, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely restocking of solar products.
- Assist in sales support, including processing invoices, preparing sales reports, and following up with clients.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, product shipments, and service requests.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- ND/HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ability to track stock levels efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer interactions and internal team coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is a plus.
