Job Description
Main responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and GMP guidelines.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
- Perform microbial identification and enumeration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Develop and validate microbiological test methods.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of SOPs and other laboratory documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Professional requirements (minimum):
- Bachelors degree or HND
- Preferred- Microbiology, Biotechnology or related field
Language required (minimum):
Software knowledge required (minimum):
- Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…
- OR it’s equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)
