Job Summary




  • We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing/Content Creative Executive to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and manage our social media presence. 

  • The successful candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media, as well as excellent creative, writing, and analytical skills.



Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:




  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.



Content Creation:




  • Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, video) for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

  • Manage and maintain the company's content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content publication.

  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform content creation.



Social Media Management:




  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.



Analytics and Reporting:




  • Analyze digital marketing and social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track digital marketing and social media performance.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

  • Excellent creative, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Experience with social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
