Job Description



  • We seek a highly motivated and tech savvy IT Support Assistant to provide general administrative and IT support to users.


Responsibilities



  • Provide IT support to all users

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Setting up new users’ accounts

  • Update and maintain software and hardware inventory

  • Conduct general training for existing staff and new employees as needed.

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Troubleshooting system and network problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

  • General administrative duties to support clients and internal stakeholders as needed.


Job Requirements



  • OND, HND or BSc qualification

  • A passion for technology

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of networking, systems, internet security and network administration a plus

  • Experience of business administration

  • Able to follow processes and procedures

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • A flair for problem solving and troubleshooting.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.

  • Should be a resident of Lekki/VGC and its environs.
