Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Support Officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector. 

  • The ideal candidate will provide on-site operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth field operations, compliance with safety regulations, and effective coordination between field teams and management.

  • This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide direct support to field operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety and industry standards.

  • Monitor site operations and report any incidents, delays, or challenges to the relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including work permits, compliance reports, and daily activity logs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication between the field and office management.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.

  • Assist in conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments as needed.

  • Support emergency response and incident management processes on-site.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in field operations, or project coordination within the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong understanding of HSE policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing operational demands.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field reporting tools.

  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required.



Preferred Skills:




  • Previous experience in field coordination or site supervision is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and operational procedures.
