Position Overview




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and effective relationship-building to maximize revenue and market presence. 



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.



Education & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experiencein software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.

  • Experience managing and leading a sales team.



Technical & Industry Knowledge:




  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles, SaaS models, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with enterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, or other tech solutions (depending on the company’s focus).



Sales & Leadership Skills:




  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Strong leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide sales teams.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
