Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to the Head of Operations, providing insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, HSE policies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems and operational data analysis.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
