Job Summary

• If so, Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery, a leader in poultry farming and agribusiness, is looking for an Internal Control Officer to join our team.


• As we continue to expand, we seek a proactive and experienced Internal Control Officer to strengthen our financial oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight – Ensure the accuracy of all financial records through daily call-over reports and strict compliance with company policies.


• Fraud Prevention & Risk Management – Monitor transactions to detect suspicious activities and prevent fraud, embezzlement, and financial irregularities.


• Inventory & Asset Protection – Safeguard company assets, including raw materials, finished products, and fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and control.


• Expense & Budget Control – Ensure strict adherence to approved budgets and track financial transactions to prevent discrepancies.


• Diesel & Inventory Monitoring – Supervise diesel intake, internal dispensing, and inventory movements to prevent theft, pilferage, or mismanagement.


• Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all company processes align with internal policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards while providing regular audit reports to management.

What We Are Looking For

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 3-5 years of experience in internal control, auditing, compliance, or risk management


• ICAN ATS certification (added advantage)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent report writing and communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities


• Prior experience in the poultry or agribusiness industry is an advantage.
