Job Summary
As our assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to CEO, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various tasks to support the CEO professionally and on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
- Maintain and restock inventory of products and supplies used in the med spa.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
- Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, and gatherings, both for the med spa and CEO.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- BSC is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced or Spa setting.
- Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or be close to it for easy accessibility.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000
