Job Description




  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and use the product/service effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Provide assistance and address any issues or concerns customers may have, ensuring prompt resolution.

  • Reach out to customers regularly to check on their progress and offer support or resources as needed.

  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.

  •  Monitor customer usage and success metrics, and develop strategies to improve customer outcomes. Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to help customers maximize the value of the product/service.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are managed.



REQUIREMENTS



 Maximum of two years experience and Maximum of three years experience.
