Job Description

•  Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


•  Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.


• Organize and facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities.


• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.


• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.


• Ensure company policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.


•  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of one year experience and maximum of two years experience.
