Responsibilities

As our Growth and User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding WhooshNG’s reach and impact by:

Developing and Executing Growth Strategies:




  • Creating and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Identifying and prioritizing new customer segments, channels, and market opportunities.

  • Launching growth-driven campaigns to increase website traffic and customer conversions.

  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing initiatives for measurable success.



Driving User Acquisition




  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content.

  • Building strategic partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to expand WhooshNG’s presence.

  • Analyzing acquisition funnels to identify and implement improvements.



Leveraging Data for Insights




  • Interpreting user data to understand behavior, preferences, and trends.

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine growth strategies.

  • Utilizing data insights to enhance marketing campaigns and overall user experience.



Boosting Retention and Engagement




  • Implementing retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, personalized messaging, and special offers.

  • Collaborating with customer support to resolve pain points and enhance satisfaction.

  • Developing targeted strategies to increase repeat usage and minimize churn.



Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Partnering with product, operations, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.

What You Bring




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related role.
