Requirements

• Monitors compliance with internal control system and review the effectiveness of control measures.


• Conducts price survey quarterly to guide approval of purchasing proposals.


• Conducts location audit to ensure that resources deployed (personnel, materials etc.) are commensurate with the requirement of the clients.


• Carries out asset verification exercises.


•  Monitor and provide advice to management on how to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls.


• Identify areas of financial and administrative strength and weaknesses and develop best practices.


• Work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs


• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Good time management and organizational skills
