Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for children aged 2-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in early learners


• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues


• Assess and report on children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness


• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events and activities


• Maintain accurate records and reports, including lesson plans, attendance, and progress reports


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field


• 6 - 10 years experience in teaching early learners (ages 2-5 years)


• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents


• Proficiency in using digital tools to support teaching and learning.
