Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and distribution


• Monitor & evaluate the sales team's performance (Merchandisers) and provide


• feedback in a clean and structured report.


• Handle customer inquiries & complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


• Developing sales strategies & identify new opportunities potential customers


• Communication: Communicate sales strategies to the team, and work collaboratively with other


• departments


• Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to upper management


• Provide training and guidance to the sales team


• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate lead

Requirements

• Knowledge of Air Conditioning products & experience in sales/B2B


• Minimum 3 years of experience


• Strong communication skills


• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Office, Powerpoint.
