• As the SSA Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Leader – Wireline Services, you will be responsible to ensure safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. 


• The role is specifically focused on Wireline Services within the Oilfield Services & Equipment Portfolio of Baker Hughes.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the production of quality products in a safe manner through health, safety and environmental standards


• Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across the globe.


• Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance and data protection standards across designated process areas


• Ensuring “AMO Interactive Monitor” information in each of the sites is all up to date and standardized across the region


• Fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university


• Have a minimum 5 years of experience in an Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul supervisory role


• Have a minimum 7 years of experience in Wireline operations


• Have experience of managing budgets


• Be able to travel to plant sites as require (around 25% of the time)


• Have experience in managing P&L


• Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and services


• Have experience managing a diverse global team.


• Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office (SAP is an advantage).
