Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies targeted at different field crop seasons.


• Create and schedule engaging and audience-specific content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.


• Build and maintain a strong online community by responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.


• Monitor social media trends and competitors to enhance Seed Co.'s digital presence.


• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize

E-commerce Management

• Oversee and optimize the Seed Co. online shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


• Implement strategies to grow the online customer base and drive sales.


• Manage online promotions, product listings, and pricing updates.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

• Use analytics tools to track website traffic, engagement rates, and sales


• metrics.


• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the Head of Marketing.Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content management.


• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling software (e.g.,
