We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our bread sales, production, and quality control. 

The ideal candidate must have a strong sales and distribution network, experience in food production management, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Growth: Utilize existing sales networks to expand Bread distribution across Lagos.


• Production Oversight: Ensure smooth production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.


• Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality assurance measures.


• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.


• Team Management: Lead and supervise the production and sales teams.


• Operational Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective management of raw materials and logistics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bread sales, distribution, and production management.


• Strong existing business and sales network in the FMCG or bakery sector.


• Proven ability to grow sales volume and expand distribution.


• Hands-on experience in quality control and production supervision.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
