Job Summary: We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This is a structured development program that offers hands-on experience, training, and mentorship across various departments of Reliable Steel and Plastic Industries Limited. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to different facets of the business, working alongside experienced professionals to learn and contribute to projects that drive the company’s success.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Participate in a comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job learning, workshops, and cross-functional rotations.

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and support project teams in completing tasks.

  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other business documentation.

  • Take part in departmental and cross-functional meetings to understand various business functions.

  • Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights that will help drive decision-making.

  • Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and improvements in business processes.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments.

  • Continuously develop professional skills through feedback and learning opportunities.



Qualifications:




  • A recent graduate with a B.Sc in  e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Micro Biology or any  Social/Natural Science Field is preferred .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or relevant industry-specific tools.



Desirable Attributes:




  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Willingness to relocate or travel (if applicable).
