Job Overview

• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Mediflex Industries Pvt. Ltd.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies.


• As a key member of our compliance team, you will play an integral role in safeguarding the company’s operations and reputation through continuous oversight, training, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards in the medical devices manufacturingindustry.


• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures.


• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.


• Collaborate with internal departments to educate and train employees on compliance matters, including regulatory updates and changes.


• Investigate and report any potential compliance issues or violations and recommend corrective actions.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, including NAFDAC,FDA, ISO standards, and other related compliance requirements.


• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and documentation.


• Prepare and submit compliance reports as required by regulatory authorities.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to support ongoing compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (a Master’s degree or certifications like Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar is a plus).


• 3 - 5 years of experience.


• Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the medical device manufacturing industry.


• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, FDA, ISO, HIPAA, GMP).


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.


• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.


• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.


• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related software.
