What does a Team Lead do?
- The Sales team lead will be tasked with the responsibility of guiding, supervising and overseeing a workgroup of people responsible for the execution of marketing projects and the promotion of the company’s products and service.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to effectively convey ideas, strategies and results within the team and to stakeholders.
- The candidate should be able to supervise and propel the marketing team to ensure they meet their goals and deadlines, as well as to persuade prospective clients to sign on to our loan product(s).
- Ultimately, a team lead should be excellent at providing mentorship, training and support to team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.
Responsbilities
- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
- Market loans to target audience for portfolio growth.
- Supervise loan form documentation and follow through to disbursement.
- Meet/exceed sales target on a regular basis.
- Achieve sales volume in a profitable manner.
- Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement.
- Constant rendition of periodic activity reports.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc. in any related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Team Lead in a financial sector is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Renumeration
- Salary: N120,000.00 - N150,000.00 Net (slightly negotiable)
- Transport and airtime allowance
- Commission on loan value sold.
- 20% base salary increase on attainment of 2 consecutive months’ set.
