Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Telesales Executive to generate sales by reaching out to businesses, introducing our products and services, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to businesses to pitch and sell Aventa’s products and services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for sales conversion.
- Research potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Maintain regular contact through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
- Address client concerns and handle objections effectively, providing solutions that fit their needs.
Sales Process & Performance Tracking
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Aventa’s EV products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Continuously refine sales techniques based on customer feedback and performance analytics.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Experience in the automotive, energy, or technology industries is an advantage.
Technical & Sales Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and position products as solutions.
