Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Develop and implement new menus and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards
Order and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a reputable hospitality establishment
Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team of kitchen staff
