Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales growth for the company within the Telecom / Oil & Gas industries.

  • Secure new customers and maintain existing ones while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies for business growth and profitability.

  • Prepare and submit commercial bids, ensuring they meet client standards and are submitted effectively.

  • Analyze bid / tender documentation and negotiate terms to secure contracts.

  • Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings to provide accurate solutions to clients.

  • Deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of OFWL products and services.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience as a Sales in the Oil and Gas sector / Fabrication Product Sales Business.

  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.

  • Strong selling, persuasion and negotiation skills.
