  • The mulitmedia specialist will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our online and offline presence.

  • This individual will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, editing high-quality videos, and optimizing content for social media platforms.

  • The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong sense of initiative, creativity, and dedication to achieving collective and individual goals.



Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design:




  • Create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, event banners, and print materials.

  • Design materials for events, including flyers, posters, brochures, and other promotional content, following approved branding guidelines.

  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and business objectives.



Video Editing:




  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, including event highlights, promotional content, testimonials, and online media.

  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, special effects, and sound design to enhance video impact.

  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, from raw footage to final output.



Social Media Content Creation:




  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop visually engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Optimize designs and videos for specific social media formats and algorithms.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a Video Editor & Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design and video editing software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing trends.

  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

  • Experience working in a media, marketing, or creative industry is an added advantage.
