About the Role




  • We are recruiting on behalf of our client a dynamic investment company in Lagos, committed to delivering top-tier financial solutions and wealth creation opportunities. 

  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored investment solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Provide clients with investment information, account updates, and portfolio insights.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and managing existing client accounts.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell investment products and services.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial or investment sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Passion for financial markets and investment products.
