Our client, a 360-degree Marketing Consult, Support, Strategy development and Business solutions company, is seeking to hire a creative and eager-to-learn 3D Trainee to join its team. 



This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for 3D design, animation, and digital creativity who are looking to gain hands-on experience and will work closely with the creative team to capture, edit and produce high quality video content while learning the fundamentals of cinematography and video Editor.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Assisting in creating basic 3D models, textures, and animations under the guidance of senior designers. 

  • Supporting the design team in developing and refining visual concepts for various projects.

  • Learning to use 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to create simple yet effective visuals.

  • Assisting in the design of marketing materials, such as illustrations, product visuals, and digital assets.

  • Working collaboratively with graphic designers, animators, and project teams to support creative needs.

  • Maintaining an organising workflow and meet assigned deadlines.

  • Continuously improving your design skills through hands-on practice and training.



Person Specification:




  • A bachelor’s degree or HND in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (Minimum Second Class Lower, 2:1). 

  • 0-1 year of experience in 3D design or animation (internship experience is a plus). 

  • Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn. 

  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 

  • Ability to take feedback and apply it to improve designs.
