Our client, a 360-degree Marketing Consult, Support, Strategy development and Business solutions company, is seeking to hire a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategy Trainee.
The ideal role holder will gain hands-on experience in conducting research, brainstorming creative ideas, and collaborating with teams to craft compelling campaigns that drive brand engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.
- Conducting market research and analyse consumer behaviour to uncover insights that inform campaign development.
- Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize engaging marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the ideation and creation of content across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Working closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing presentations and creative proposals for internal and client-facing projects.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas.
- Helping track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and improvement.
- Supporting the execution of brand activations, events, and marketing initiatives.
Person Specification:
- A bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (Minimum Second Class Lower, 2:1) from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.
- A strong passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
