Responsibilities

• Managing staff human resource functions with view to maximize retention


• Managing the recruitment process including identifying vacant positions, monitoring, coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring that reference/background checks are made etc.


• Managing the on-boarding process fro new employees


• Management and maintenance of up-to-date personnel information, record on staff files and others


• Ensuring management actions conform to employee established standards and Nigeria Labour laws


• Tracking employee performance


• Ensuring that staff comply with the provision of the terms and conditions of service


• Handle disciplinary actions


• Ensure staff training, retraining and developemnt


• Managing the overall administrative activities of the division


• Overseeing the maintenance of office equipments in the division


• Any other duty as maybe assigned.

Responsibilities

• B.Sc in Human Resource or related field


• At least 5 years in managerial cadre in HR practice


• An MBA or masters degree is an added advantage


• A professional certification is an added advantage


• Not more than 55 years.

Remuneration

N350,000 Monthly.
