Role Overview
- The Brand Manager – Wealth Department will lead the strategic development and execution of branding initiatives to position PalmPay’s wealth management solutions as a trusted and preferred choice. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services marketing, consumer behavior, and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth-oriented mindset and expertise in brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy to differentiate PalmPay’s wealth products in the fintech and wealth management space.
- Define and maintain brand messaging, tone, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning to refine branding efforts.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of PalmPay’s wealth products.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling digital-first content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the production of multi-channel marketing assets (social media, app, website, email, offline activations) in line with brand guidelines.
Customer Engagement & Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth-focused strategies to increase user adoption and retention of wealth products.
- Partner with the Growth and Product teams to optimize acquisition funnels and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor customer insights, feedback, and engagement metrics to refine branding and messaging strategies.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with financial institutions, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to optimize future initiatives.
- Develop insightful reports and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Stay updated with fintech and wealth management trends to drive branding innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or wealth management.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid digital, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Familiarity with financial products such as savings, investments, and digital wealth management solutions is a plus.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) is highly desirable..
