Mission Objective
- The Continuous Improvement Office at EHA Clinics is dedicated to cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and professional growth. The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the business development and revenue growth for the L&D function. This role focuses on creating innovative and business solutions to develop and deliver impactful training curriculum and programs, build strategic partnerships, and position the L&D department as a key contributor to organizational growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to design and implement integrated learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and create customized learning plans.
- Organize short-term training programs (onsite, online, or hybrid) for internal staff and external clients on specialized topics such as molecular biology,QMS, and quality assurance.
- Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance the delivery and impact of training programs.
- Support the development and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs for the L&D function.
ENGAGEMENT
- Act as a liaison with departments to develop relevant content and training materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness and program outreach.
- Facilitate onboarding for guest speakers and trainers, ensuring a seamless training experience.
- Promote continuous professional development programs to align with national standards, ensuring all certifications meet regulatory requirements
DELIVERY
- Coordinate the development and preparation of teaching aids, visual materials, and certification documents.
- Organize webinars, internships and lab postings for professionals and students, fostering career development and practical learning.
- Manage monthly training reports, including sales trends, market analysis and program feedback.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of SOPs for training programs.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback to recommend improvements.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Management,Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in leveraging e-learning platforms and managing training programs is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role.
