We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person to join Poshglow as a Spa Attendant. As part of our team, you greet customers, make, and adjust reservations for spa services, and assist customers with payment options at the end of their stay. Our spa offers clients a luxury environment in which to relax, heal, declutter and recharge; you are a key part of this process, guiding them to the services or treatments that will best meet their individual needs. Our ideal candidate has a calm, personable, and relaxed but professional demeanor and is familiar with the various relaxation and medicinal treatments we offer. Prior experience in a spa is desirable, but we will train very motivated applicants in the right circumstances.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and confirm their reserved treatments or services.


• Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary.


• Explain our various services and treatments to clients, recommending those best suited to their needs or desires.


• Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout spa facility, and reorder as required.


• Setting up and maintaining treatment room supplies.


• Providing clients with luxurious amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and bath products.


• Maintaining spa facilities including locker rooms, treatment rooms and more after each usage.


• Adequate check up on customers from time to time to follow up on their treatment.


• Friendliness with clients during service.

Requirements

• High school diploma.


• Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment.


• Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments.


• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
