At Poshglow you will be the first point of contact for any customer who has any query or an issue with a product or service the company sells.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for posting on all social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Instagram).
- You are allowed to pass on your order report to the payment confirmation team to confirm payment. At this moment you are no longer allowed to confirm payment, considering the workload and customers you will be attending to daily.
- You are expected to document all customer's contact details daily. All your documents must be on google Sheets or excel and must be submitted weekly.
- All orders must pass through the payment confirmation unit.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer orders, and file the necessary documents.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies laid down by Poshglow.
Requirements
- Must have good communication skills.
- Previous knowledge as a customer service executive will be an added advantage.
- Must have a certificate from a tertiary institution.
- Must have emotional intelligence.
