United Geophysical (Nigeria) Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.


• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.


• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues across the facility.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.


• Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules effectively.


• Work closely with other departments to support production and facility needs.


• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)


• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.


• Experience in Oil and Gas industry is an advantage.


• Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
