Job Summary:

Broad Concept International and Entrepreneurship Hub is looking for an Entrepreneurship Hub Manager to oversee the hub’s operations and drive entrepreneurial success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business administration, leadership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of hub activities


• Support entrepreneurs with mentorship, guidance, and business development strategies


• Organize workshops, networking events, and training programs


• Build and maintain partnerships with key industry stakeholders


• Monitor performance and ensure the hub operates efficiently


• Lead and manage the team while fostering a productive work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proven leadership ability and ability to work independently


• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
