Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Help organize and coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Other HR related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
- A degree in Human resources management, or a related field.
