At Pad-Up Creations, we believe in empowering communities and promoting hygiene. We are expanding our operations and need a reliable HR Officers to support our team in Minna.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding and off boarding processes.

  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with performance management processes.

  • Help organize and coordinate training and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Other HR related tasks as needed.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.

  • A degree in Human resources management, or a related field.
