The Bid/Proposal Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process to secure new business opportunities across M-P Infrastructure Limited’s diverse sectors, including Telecommunications, ICT, Real Estate, Civil & Structural Engineering, Renewable Energy & Power, Oil & Gas, Agro-Allied Services, Energy & Commodities, Urban Development, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). The role requires coordinating internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that align with the company’s strategic objectives and meet the requirements of both public and private sector clients.

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies. 


• Lead the preparation, development, and submission of comprehensive bids and proposals. 


• Establish and manage a structured proposal development process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, persuasive, and adhere to client specifications.
