We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B-2-B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B-2-B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in B-2-B sales, preferably within the poaching industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling capacity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
