Summary




  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Tracking Officer to monitor and manage the real-time tracking of trucks.

  • The Fleet Tracking Officer will ensure accurate reporting, address tracking issues, and support the optimization of fleet operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in tracking systems, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor real-time tracking of trucks using the ERP dashboard and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with tracking protocols and prevent circumvention of trackers.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support fleet operations and decision-making.

  • Identify and address cases of trucks not reporting to the ERP dashboard promptly.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports for the Line Manager.

  • Maintain accurate records of truck movements and tracking data.

  • Report any technical issues with tracking systems to the relevant teams for resolution.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or a related role.

  • Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and ERP dashboards is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
