Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a background in real estate to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. 

  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of real estate financial operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.

  •  Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

  • Conduct financial audits and reconcile bank statements.

  • Work closely with management to provide financial insights and cost-saving strategies.

  • Assist in payroll processing and expense management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
