Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets


• Implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty, and retention


• Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analytics, and insights to support business decisions


• Negotiate and close sales deals to contribute to the achievement of team and departmental targets


• maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities


• Address and escalate customer complaints as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant field


• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
